- We offer free shipping via FedEx Ground within the USA (does not include Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico).

- In case of delivery to some remote areas or inaccessible roads, the buyer will be billed with any extra shipping charges from the carrier.

Return Policy:
- Inspection of all packages upon arrival is recommended.
- In case of any damage, please take pictures of the outside and inside of the box. We will need those pictures for any refund or replacement.
- It is very important to keep the box and damaged product until further notice. Do NOT throw away any of these.
These will be absolutely necessary for the insurance process with the corresponding carrier.
- In case you don't want to keep the product you purchased, you have 30 days to make a return. You will have to use its original packaging and return it via FEDEX Ground with paid insurance for the cost of the product.
